Before being the Partner of TGT & Partners, Lawyer Chi had 10 years of being the Deputy Secretary General of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC). Besides, Lawyer Chi was the General Counsel for nearly ten years, in charge of managing in-house corporate legal services and corporate management consulting for National Payment Corporation of Vietnam (NAPAS) which operates a financial switching system connecting 64membersincluding banks and financial companies, 40 payment intermediaries, more than 200 enterprises and service suppliers.
